Manufacturing Engineer

This role is a critical senior engineering expert responsible for technical ownership, decision-making authority, and escalation leadership supporting customer request/feedback and high-mix production.

The position is essential to

• Maintain quality, compliance, and delivery performance
• Prevent single-point dependency risk following retirement transition
• Drive technical continuity across product transfer and sustaining operations

Key Responsibilities

• Technical Ownership & Product Stewardship : Serve as the primary technical owner for assigned product lines/modules supporting customer request.
