Job Description

Flex is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer located in Reynosa to support teams building great products and contribute to our growth. The role reports to the Process Engineering Manager and involves troubleshooting equipment, leading improvement projects, and maintaining production automation software.

You will work with PLC, vision, robotics, and motion control systems, perform tuning, support obsolescence changes, and provide on‑site guidance to staff.
