Job Description

Our client is a manufacturing company of specialty products.

The Production Supervisor will report to the Production Manager and will be responsible for the following key functions:

  • Participating in technical feasibility studies, FMEAs, verification of equipment versus standards, and safety assessments to implement the production line completely during the trial phase whether layout or process flow design.
  • Supporting engineering changes and process improvements, including manpower efficiency, machine efficiency, and process capability improvement complying with quality and productivity for the current model.
  • Evaluating and developing the necessary equipment, tools, parts, materials, specs, and procedures for assembly processes
  • Planning, organizing, leading, and controlling production within the assigned areas to achieve targets.
  • Ensuring lean manufacturing principles are adhered to reduce waste and minimize cost.
