- Act as first level escalation point for manufacturing/process issues.
- Lead efforts to initiate both temporary and permanent manufacturing changes.
- Work with local Flextronics teams and Xylem cross-functional teams to assist toward resolution of production challenges.
- Define and implement manufacturing process from new product launch to full release.
- Provide and review hourly capacity through cycle time analysis.
