Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Manufacturing Encoder to support our production and operations team by accurately encoding, updating, and maintaining manufacturing and production-related data. The ideal candidate is organized, reliable, and capable of handling large volumes of data while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality. And willing to work during night/graveyard hours.

Key Responsibilities:

* Encode daily production reports, output records, and inventory data
* Update manufacturing logs, production schedules, and work orders
* Verify data accuracy and resolve discrepancies with production staff
* Maintain organized digital and physical records
* Assist in preparing daily, weekly, and monthly production reports
* Ensure compliance with company data standards and confidentiality policies
* Coordinate with supervisors and other departments as needed
