Job Description
The Manufacturing Electrical Controls Engineer is responsible for planning, implementing and maintaining stable and capable production/business processes as they pertain to equipment functionality; machine/equipment capabilities as they relate to safety, throughput, and quality.
Job Responsibilities:
Test and coordinate the implementation of preventive actions in the production lines in order to establish and verify capable and stable production processes.Resolve issues associated with assembly automation, workstations, robotics and automated equipmentTroubleshoot PLC controls with electrical components servo-drives, motors, wiring and panels.Review and make PLC program changes on Siemens, Fanuc, Allen Bradley, Mitsubishi and other machining PLC programs.Capture and document changes and update prints as neededLead, coordinate and facilitate troubleshooting electrical issues, problem resolution as it r...
