Manufacturing Director of Engineering

Position Summary Delva Tool & Machine is seeking a Director of Engineering   for our Cinnaminson, NJ  location.  The Director of Engineering is responsible for overseeing the engineering processes that support machining, assembly, inspection, and production operations.

Working closely with Operations, Quality, Programming, and Production, you'll help ensure every new job is launched successfully while driving continuous improvement across the organization.   What You’ll Own Lead and develop a team of manufacturing/process engineers and engineering technicians.

Drive process improvements that improve quality, efficiency, and throughput.

Oversee manufacturing process documentation, work instructions, tooling, fixturing, and workflow development.

Partner with cross-functional teams to support new product introductions and resolve manufacturing challenges.
