Job Description:

+ Answer 50-80 calls per day from customers inquiring about company products, shipping/order status, product questions, etc.

+ Communicate with customers via email, and internal company portal

+ Accurately document all customer interactions via CRM system

+ Review and process customer inquiries and customer returns

+ Process and respond to customer questions for deductions on returns, requirements, and other needs (repack fees, restock fees, held invoices, policy adjustments, and various other discrepancies)

+ Answer questions regarding returns policies, procedures, and research extenuating circumstances as necessary

Start: 7/13
Pay: $18.00/Hr - $25.00/Hr
Schedule: 8:00am - 5:00pm Monday - Friday
Location: Dayton, MN
Duration: 6 Month Contract
Qualifications

+ 1+ years of high volume call center experience (need to have high volume like this job requires)
