About the Role
We are looking for a Cost & Value Analysis professional to drive factory cost optimization initiatives within a semiconductor manufacturing environment. This role focuses on analyzing manufacturing cost structures, identifying value enhancement opportunities, and partnering cross-functionally to deliver sustainable cost reduction and productivity improvements.
The position plays a key role in supporting year-on-year cost targets, financial validation, and strategic cost governance.
What You Will Do
Cost & Value Analysis
Perform factory overhead cost analysis (DL/IDL, utilities, maintenance, indirect materials, support functions).
Conduct package-level cost breakdown and value analysis (DFPC – Die Free Package Cost per Kpc, process cost drivers).
Identify non-value-added activities and improvement opportunities using structured cost models.
