Required

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Accounting , or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in cost estimation, financial analysis, manufacturing finance, or engineering cost modeling .
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate technical inputs into financial insights.
• Advanced Excel skills; comfort working with complex models and large datasets.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally and communicate effectively with technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to operate with accountability, urgency, and sound judgment in ambiguous situations.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence across functions.
• Strong English language proficiency
