FrieslandCampina is looking for a Continuous Improvement Specialist in Nilai, Malaysia, to enhance performance through the Our Way of Working (OWOW) practices. The role involves advising and coaching employees while implementing Continuous Improvement programs.

The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years of relevant experience and strong knowledge in TPM, Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen methodologies. Responsibilities include training employees, analyzing operational issues, and driving process improvements at the production site.
