Job Description

Mondelēz International is seeking a capable professional to support I2M/IIM processes, ensuring effective planning and execution of changes for new and existing products, packaging and processes at the plant level. You will drive change management, site innovation capabilities, and post-project evaluation within the plant.

You will collaborate with Product Supply, Engineering, Manufacturing and R&D to integrate annual plans, capacity and CAPEX budgeting, and ensure on-time delivery of site
