+ Prepare, assemble, and finish rod components, ensuring precision and quality.
+ Install parts such as reel seats, handles, and guides with attention to detail.
+ Monitor products to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
+ Meet daily production goals while supporting additional manufacturing tasks as needed.
+ Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
**Qualifications:**
+ High School Diploma or GED required.
+ Experience with hand tools, craftsmanship, or manufacturing preferred.
