We are currently recruiting for a reliable and motivated Manufacturing Assistant to join our team in Gillingham. This is an excellent opportunity to work a 4-day week with long weekends, in a fast‑paced and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Supporting the manufacturing and production process.
• Operating machinery and equipment safely (training provided where required).
• Loading, unloading, and moving materials using a forklift.
• Assisting with goods in/out and stock management.
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
• Following company health & safety procedures at all times.
