Reduction in Warranty Claims Above days In-plant
Closure of VTQI and TSM PDI ObservationsTimely submission of countermeasure & Action plan for Market
related complaint
VTQI closure within hrs (After receipt in plant)
Closure of TSM PDI points
IMS ImplementationProper & standardized documentation
Preparation and Updation of management indicators
Conduction of various audits to ensure effectiveness of implemented countermeasures
Adherence to plan
TPM QM Pillar
Implementation of actions related to the Warranty, decided in QM sub- committee meeting QM Pillar Master
Plan adherence.
