- Must have 4+ years of experiance.
- Working experience with the Splunk tool
- Working experience with CSG or any other billing system
- Good understanding of the cable domain
- Basic knowledge of automation testing
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, for interacting with customers and internal teams.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
