About the Role
Client is looking for a Manual QA Tester with strong experience in Intelligent Voice Assistants (IVA) and Interactive Voice Response (IVR) systems. This role focuses on validating voice-driven conversational experiences, with an emphasis on Spanish-language accuracy, call flows, and system integrations. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience working alongside existing automation frameworks (not necessarily building them from scratch) and collaborating closely with automation engineers and developers.
Key Responsibilities
Perform manual testing of IVA/IVR applications across telephony and voice platforms
Validate Spanish-language conversations , including prompts, intents, utterances, and error handling
Test end-to-end call flows , DTMF, speech recognition (ASR), and NLU behavior
Execute test cases for functional, regression, smoke, and UAT testing
Work with and execute test suites from automation frameworks developed by other team ...
