Manual Handling Operative (FLT CB & Machine Operating)

Proactive are hiring a hands‑on Manual Handling Operative to join one of our Cleint based in Milton Keynes. This role involves physical work, machine operating, and using a counterbalance forklift. You'll be working in a fast‑paced environment where reliability and attention to detail are key.

Key Responsibilities

• Manual handling and lifting of products/materials
• Operating machinery (training provided if needed)
• Driving a counterbalance forklift (valid FLT CB licence required)
• Loading/unloading goods
• Following site safety procedures
• General housekeeping and support across the site

What We’re Looking For

• Valid FLT Counterbalance licence
• Experience in manual or warehouse work
• Willingness to work shifts and overtime if needed
• Physically fit and safety-conscious
• Team player with a good work ethic
