Manpower Deployment & Training Centre Manager
Work Location : Malaysia (Flexible Base) | Kuala Lumpur, Penang, Johor Bahru or other major cities; willing to travel nationwide
Job Overview
This is a field-focused manpower operation role (NOT internal corporate HR) . Based in Malaysia, you will oversee local grassroots talent sourcing, recruitment channel development, pre-departure compliance checks and training coordination for overseas deployment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Channel Development & Compliance Management
Develop diverse local recruitment channels (community bodies, social/religious organisations, career fairs, online manpower platforms) to build a stable grassroots talent pool. Keep updated with Malaysian labour laws and minimum wage policies to ensure full local compliance.
Study overseas work permit and EU Blue Card policies (mainly Finland). Conduct pre-verification of candidate qualifications, contracts and visa documents to minimise visa rejec...
