For our dynamic team in Talent Management, Organizational Development & Learning (TMOD & L), we are looking for a mandatory intern (m/f/d) starting September 1st, 2026, for a duration of up to six months. In this role, you will actively support exciting topics in an international environment at our corporate headquarters in Hanover,

  • Contribute to projects related to TMOD & L
  • Help design training initiatives and learning formats – from initial brainstorming through concept development to delivery
  • Support the development and implementation of development programs for employees and leaders
  • Prepare presentations and content in a clear and structured way for different target groups
  • Assist with organizational and conceptual tasks in daily operations
  • Collaborate with internal partners in an international environment
