To make Proactive outbound calls to target and segment existing members for the following purpose:
Offer off-line promotion bonus programs to keep the members
Conduct survey to gather feedback and suggestions
To engage in ad-hoc outbound call campaigns as designated by management, from time- to time
To maintain proper call records and outcomes using prescribed templates, for performance reporting management in timely manner
