Position: Mandarin Team Leader
Location: Ortigas, Pasig City
Industry: BPO Company
Salary: Php 90,000
Schedule: Shifting Schedule with 2 days off
Worked Set up: Hybrid Setup (2 days RTO, 3 days WFH, or vice versa)
Responsibilities:
Operations liability: business process designing, daily/weekly/monthly reporting, quality control, complaint handling, problem finding, analysis and improvement, and resolution.
Cultivation and management: Handle Project Orientation, initial training, follow-up training, daily catch-up and advice, and daily feedback for updated information.
