COMPENSATION PACKAGE (Full-Time)
Basic Salary: up to ₱32,000
Mandarin Language Premium: ₱55,000
De Minimis: ₱4,850
Total package can go up to ₱91,850+ / month
Role Requirements
Must be a Filipino citizen
Mandarin proficiency (verbal and written)
HSK certification preferred but not required
English proficiency (verbal and written)
At least 2 years experience in customer service support or similar roles
Experience in voice and non-voice accounts is a plus
Strong soft skills and customer handling
