Job Description

We are looking for a Mandarin-speaking Customer Service Representative (CSR) to provide excellent customer support to Mandarin-speaking clients. The ideal candidate will handle inquiries, resolve issues efficiently, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through professional communication and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in Mandarin and English
Resolve customer concerns, complaints, and service requests in a timely manner
Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies
Document customer interactions in the system
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary
Meet performance metrics such as response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction
Qualifications
Fluency in Mandarin (Simplified and/or Traditional) and English (spoken and written)
