We are looking for a Mandarin-speaking Customer Service Representative (CSR) to provide excellent customer support to Mandarin-speaking clients. The ideal candidate will handle inquiries, resolve issues efficiently, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through professional communication and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in Mandarin and English
  • Resolve customer concerns, complaints, and service requests in a timely manner
