Mandarin Speaker Buyer (Procurement)

We are seeking a Bilingual Mandarin-Speaking Strategic Buyer to support procurement and supply chain operations. The Strategic Buyer (Indirect) is responsible for developing and implementing procurement strategies for defined spend categories in order to optimize costs and ensure service quality. The role includes analyzing the procurement market, selecting and evaluating suppliers, and negotiating contracts.This role also requires strong communication skills in both Mandarin and English to effectively collaborate with local and international stakeholders.
