TP is seeking an experienced Virtual Receptionist to support its luxury hotel project in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. In this full-time remote role, you will be the first point of contact for guests, primarily assisting Mandarin-speaking customers. You will manage calls and emails, ensure timely responses, and enhance guest experiences. Ideal candidates will have at least two years in a customer-facing role, excellent communication skills, and a passion for guest satisfaction.
