Job Description

• Handle telephone or video calls on demand
• Interpret conversations consecutively between non-English speakers and English speakers
• Accurately convey meaning while recognizing cultural sensitivities
• Maintain professionalism and courtesy at all times
• Use appropriate industry terminology and follow standard procedures
• Interpret both simple and complex subjects, technical and non-technical

Job Requirements

• Native fluency in English and the target language
• Advanced understanding of cultural dynamics and idiomatic expressions
• Strong knowledge of medical and industry-specific terminology
• Ongoing study of glossaries, training materials, and client scripts
