About the Role

The Managing Vice President (MVP) – Cross-Functional Technology & Operations is a critical leadership role in the Global Sales and Service Technology team responsible for driving cross-functional technology capabilitiesincluding the management of critical systems such as Terraplan (Anaplan) and Platform Operations that directly impact Gartner’s Sales and Services productivity. This leader will also oversee the strategic vision, execution, and ROI of our technology and Artificial Intelligence (AI)investments. You will ensure our technology ecosystem is robust, scalable, and optimized to drive client engagement, retention, and growth across our global Sales and Service organizations.
