Summary: The Managing Director is responsible for overseeing all the activities of the Company in the country. He is the driving force behind future developments and is an accessible, present leader with strong operational skills and always aiming for achieving the best. He is always the Legal Representative of the Company in the country.

Requirements:

*Academic background: preferable engineering or scientific with a business administration degree

*10+ years of work experience in an ultimately responsible role within an internationally operation production company, preferably in the packaging industry and with knowledge of plastic injection processes.

*Experience in international manufacturing companies in the automotive industry is also desirable.

*Strong technical background and experience in guiding innovations.
