Your Responsibilities Full management responsibility for the Iberian subsidiary, including production, sales, logistics, finance and HRDevelop and execute the regional growth strategy for Spain and PortugalLead, mentor and strengthen the local leadership teamExpand customer relationships across hydraulics, industrial sectors and mobilityOversee production operations and drive process optimization, lean initiatives and digital transformationManage budget, P&L and KPIs; report regularly to Group Headquarters in WipperfürthEnsure compliance with quality, safety, legal and sustainability standards Your Profile Degree in Business Administration, Engineering or similar (MBA preferred)10–15 years of experience, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership role in an industrial/manufacturing environment
