An innovative high-tech manufacturer in the field of scientific imaging and photonics is seeking a Managing Director to lead the company through its next stage of international growth.

The Role

  • Provide strategic and operational leadership across the business

  • Full P&L responsibility and delivery of growth targets

  • Drive international sales expansion and strengthen distributor/OEM partnerships

  • Lead and develop a cross-functional team covering R&D, sales, operations, and finance

  • Represent the company externally with key customers, partners, and stakeholders
