•Team work with cross-functional team to overall manage suppliers' quality and project development and management.
•Supplier quality management system audit and process audit per specified modules. Tracking all issues by MIL and co-work with supplier to conduct the FA/CA until all issues closure.
•Plan and execute development (NPI) builds and ensure these products transition to production according to the schedule, specific cost, quality, and capacity targets.
•IQC /IPQC/OQC plan development and approval. Quality control procedure review and optimization. PMP CTQ definition, CTQ inspection, measurement method, procedure etc. validation and qualification.
•Process capability analysis, validation, improvement and qualification.
•Inspection, measurement, tester validation and qualification through MSA.
•New production line, tooling validation and qualification during ramp up.
