Associate Director, Workday HCM – Wellington or Auckland. Responsible for leading and delivering functional elements and engagements of Workday HCM across various industry sectors.

Deloitte’s HR Strategy and Technology (HRS&T) team are seeking an experienced Workday HCM Associate Director, specialising in two or more modules of Core HCM, Recruitment, Compensation, Absence, Time Tracking, Talent & Performance, Security or Learning.

Responsibilities:

• Provide architectural guidance of Workday HCM functional and technical capabilities to support client outcomes.
• Scoping client needs, conducting workshops to gather AS-IS, TO-BE and gap fit analysis, and lead parts of the business process re‑engineering requirements.
