Job Title: Manager/Assistant Vice President, Asset Servicing – MSS Operations – Fixed Term

Role Purpose

To manage and monitor the processing of corporate events and physical shares registration, ensuring that all events and transactions are paid on time and in accordance with client’s instructions, while complying with existing rules and regulations, internal procedures and customer service agreements. To ensure that all Asset Servicing‑related queries received from internal teams and external contacts (clients, depositories, issuers, transfer agents, etc.) are replied to in a timely manner. Deputizes for VP – Asset Servicing in his/her absence.
