Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:

The role is responsible for supporting the continuous quality improvement and the coordination of Facilities Management at the adidas locations in Greater China with focus on headquarter building in Shanghai. The position contributes to setting high-quality standards for Facilities Management (Building Maintenance, Janitorial, Office Services, Food Services, Moves/Adds/Change projects, etc) through collaboration with the client groups and the GCA Workplace Management Team.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Technical Facility Management & Infrastructure Lifecycle


  • Asset Management: Responsible for the operation and stability of all on-site technical equipment and building systems (HVAC, MEP, Electrical, Fire Safety, etc.). Manage the full lifecycle of assets, including planning for maintenance, repairs, and capital replacement.
