What the role is:
You oversee the development and delivery of integrated workplace services across various MINDEF/SAF locations, enhancing employee experience through innovative workplace solutions.
What you will be working on:
- Manage work‑near‑home facilities
- Support senior management offices
- Oversee workplace services and amenities
- Establish and implement workplace experience initiatives through data‑driven strategies and stakeholder management
- Strategise, develop and manage the communications and engagement activities
- Coordinate employee concierge services
- Challenge: Being innovative, agile and challenge the status quo to drive initiatives and continuous improvements for enhanced employee experience
