What the role is:

You oversee the development and delivery of integrated workplace services across various MINDEF/SAF locations, enhancing employee experience through innovative workplace solutions.

What you will be working on:

  • Manage work‑near‑home facilities
  • Support senior management offices
  • Oversee workplace services and amenities
  • Establish and implement workplace experience initiatives through data‑driven strategies and stakeholder management
  • Strategise, develop and manage the communications and engagement activities
  • Coordinate employee concierge services
  • Challenge: Being innovative, agile and challenge the status quo to drive initiatives and continuous improvements for enhanced employee experience
