Asset Management

  • ■Good knowledge of wind energy projects including Wind turbine components, Power evacuation system, and Research capability for reviewing Project performance.
  • ■Conduct Due Diligence of Operational Wind projects, including reporting, for Clients such as IPPs, Lenders etc.
  • ■Assist in the preparation of Project Reports
  • ■Should possess knowledge of different Contracts in Wind projects such as O&M contract, Supply Contract, Shared services contract etc.
  • ■Review contracts and cost estimates regarding Wind Energy Projects
  • ■Should have knowledge of PPAs and State wise Policies pertaining to wind and solar projects.
  • ■As required, Co-ordinate the installation, testing, operation, maintenance, or repair activities in Wind Projects.
