Job Summary

Reporting to the Associate Director of Volunteer Programs, the Volunteer Programs Manager provides regional technical coordination and technical oversight for Habitat for Humanity’s volunteer engagement portfolio in Asia Pacific. An integral part of this role is supporting national organizations (NOs) in the integration of volunteering into programmatic strategies, including strengthening and scaling local volunteering modalities. The Manager ensures that volunteerism is meaningfully integrated within the country strategy realization in program design, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation across the region, positioning volunteering as one of the ways of working to drive impact. The Manager as assigned by Associate Director will drive regional capacity building, learning, knowledge management, and compliance on volunteer-related standards, while collaborating with functional teams to strengthen Habitat’s engagement of volunteers across the network.
