Purpose

Responsible for developing and communicating compelling value propositions for cardholders. This role focuses on translating partner offerings into customer‑centric benefits that drive adoption, transaction volume, and loyalty. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Life Cycle, the position requires expertise in payment systems, marketing, and data‑driven insights.

Requeriments

• University degree with strong working knowledge of payments, value proposition, digital wallets and new payments trends beyond cards.
• Experience in designing value propositions or go‑to‑market strategies; payments experience is desirable.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and CRM platforms; strong storytelling and presentation skills.
