Function: Accounting and Reporting Consulting (ARC)
Location: Gurugram and Chennai
Role & Responsibilities
Uniqus is seeking professionals for our ARC team. The role involves advising clients on complex accounting and financial reporting matters under IFRS and Ind AS , including implementation of new standards and transaction-related accounting.
Responsibilities:
Technical Accounting & Advisory
Provide accounting advisory services in the following areas:
IFRS 18 / Ind AS 118 – Presentation and Disclosure in Financial Statements
Business Combinations
Revenue Recognition (Ind AS 115 / IFRS 15)
Financial Instruments (Ind AS 109 / IFRS 9)
Leases (Ind AS 116 / IFRS 16)
Stock-Based Compensation (Ind AS 102 / IFRS 2)
Support accounting framework conversions ( Ind AS / IFRS / US GAAP )
Prepare and review technical accounting memos, policy documents, and position papers
Assist clients with impact assessments and implementation of new accounting ...
