Function: Accounting and Reporting Consulting (ARC)


Location: Gurugram and Chennai


Role & Responsibilities


Uniqus is seeking professionals for our ARC team. The role involves advising clients on complex accounting and financial reporting matters under IFRS and Ind AS, including implementation of new standards and transaction-related accounting.

Responsibilities:


Technical Accounting & Advisory

  • Provide accounting advisory services in the following areas:
  • IFRS 18 / Ind AS 118 – Presentation and Disclosure in Financial Statements
  • Business Combinations
  • Revenue Recognition (Ind AS 115 / IFRS 15)
  • Financial Instruments (Ind AS 109 / IFRS 9)
  • Leases (Ind AS 116 / IFRS 16)
