Job Description

• 5+ years’ experience in handling request for Transmission, De-mat, Duplicate & Deletion, preferably from RTA industry. Ability to manage 10 to 15 team members.
• Responsible for entire processing of Registrar & Transfer Department.
• Excellent E-mail drafting / coordinating with clients.
• Lead the team and support them to resolve the issues.
• Ensure the team provides timely service to the clients.
• Coordinate with the internal department (s) to resolve the client queries.
• Coordinating with other intermediaries, to solve the client specific queries or other requirements.
