Manager, Transaction Mgmt. - APAC

DePuy Synthes is recruiting for a Manager, Transaction Management – APAC, located in Tokyo, Japan or in Taguig, Manila or in North Ryde, Australia. Reporting to the Regional Real Estate Delivery Lead, the Transaction Management Lead is accountable for executing end‑to‑end real‑estate transactions aligned to business strategy and portfolio optimization objectives. This role partners closely with business leaders, Real Estate, Facilities Management (FM), EHSS, and Global Security to translate demand into actionable transaction strategies and deliver compliant, value‑driven real‑estate outcomes.

• Execute real estate transactions including leases, renewals, expansions, and dispositions.
• Manage transactions through full lifecycle.
• Ensure all deals are executed on time, within financial targets, and aligned to business and portfolio strategy.
