What the role is:

Lead training and learning development efforts within the Army Logistics Training Institute (ALTI), strengthening training and learning standards, refining lesson content, and embedding effective pedagogical approaches into the Institute's Learning Management System (LMS) and training delivery frameworks.

What you will be working on:

• Oversee curriculum development and periodic review of training programmes, aligning them with operational competency requirements.
• Refine lesson plans, instructional strategies and assessment approaches to standardise lesson structures across units.
• Develop and standardise pedagogical frameworks that integrate adult learning and blended learning principles.
• Work with Institute's Learning Management System (LMS) administrators to incorporate sound pedagogy into digital learning platforms and enhance the quality of digital learning materials.
