Facilitate soft/behavioral/ technical learning programs
Assess Training Needs by gathering information about the current level of competencies of participants
Design and develop Training and Development programs based on both the organizations and the individual's needs
Design session flow to achieve objectives of behavioural training
Responsible for rolling out the Training Calendar for the Organisation
Content creation for training & maintaining training libraries
Provide feedback to management to assist in the development of training programs that positively impact department performance improvement goals
Maintain and create dashboards for compliance trackers with details
Create & evaluate effectiveness of training solutions
Vendor management as per the requirement
