Role & Responsibilities:

  1. Need Analysis & Strategy: Identify training needs across departments, analyze employee skills, and develop comprehensive training strategies.
  2. Program Development: Create, update, and manage training materials, including onboarding, technical skills, and compliance training.
  3. Implementation & Delivery: Coordinate and conduct in-person or virtual training sessions, workshops, and orientation programs
  4. Evaluation & Reporting: Assess the effectiveness of training programs and report results to senior leadership to demonstrate ROI.
  5. Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and mentor a team of trainers or instructional designers.
