The Role

The Manager, Total Rewards is responsible for the administration and ongoing management of MCAP’s total rewards programs, with primary accountability for compensation and benefits. This role applies external market insights and best practices to support competitive, compliant, and well-governed programs, and provides sound advice to HR Business Partners and business leaders.

The Manager, Total Rewards serves as a primary point of contact for compensation, benefits and wellness matters and supports the delivery of new and evolving total rewards initiatives.

Compensation Programs

  • Oversee the administration of Executive and Non-Executive Compensation programs, including base salary, incentives, and sales compensation.
  • Manage job evaluation, salary structures, benchmarking, and participation in annual compensation surveys.
