Compensation Benchmarking & Salary Structure Design
Lead formal and informal compensation benchmarking using industry surveys, peer networking, and internal analytics.Design and maintain salary structures across job families and levels, ensuring competitiveness, internal equity, and alignment with business strategy.Own the design of the local salary structure while ensuring it is optimized for income tax obligations while following applicable laws.Create guidelines for the Recruitment team to make marked to market offers, in line with internal parity and desired market positioning. ...
