- Define, institutionalise, and continuously evolve the Total Rewards philosophy aligned to business strategy, growth ambitions, and organisational values across SBUs globally.
- Act as a strategic advisor to the CHRO and Board on all matters related to rewards, pay differentiation, incentives, and cost trade-offs.
- Design and govern the job architecture, salary structures, and pay bands, ensuring role clarity, internal parity, and market competitiveness.
